Order Terms

These terms describe the ordering flow through the website. Return, refund and payment terms follow the official information provided by our admin when confirming your order.

Price

Prices are shown only when published. Fabrics labelled “Price on request” will be quoted by our admin. Prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

Colour

On-screen colours may differ from the actual fabric. Colour names follow the catalogue; confirm with our admin if colour is critical.

Stock and units

Stock availability, sales unit (metre/kg) and minimum order are confirmed by our admin. Adding to cart or sending a request does not reserve stock.

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated by our admin based on your address and shared before payment.

Payment

This website does not process payments. Opening WhatsApp does not mean the order has been accepted or paid.
